I struggled in this for many years because i always done things right and got the final result (EFFECTIVENESS) but i would sometimes take an unconventional route not always doing things by the book, which was efficient for me but others not (EFFICIENTLY). Setting specific actionable goals can be considered a must-do when it comes to being successful. Regardless of how you define success if you aren’t moving forward in the right direction you won’t make any.......
 
 
Boxing is an AWESOME full body workout which will help develop strength and cardiovascular fitness.  In addition to this, you can expect to see improvements in skill-related parameters of fitness, including balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility.
Boxing is great for burning calories and you can expect to burn between 300 – 400 calories every half an hour. (Based on a 64Kg Adult.)
You can pound out those sit ups but they wont give you a flat stomach......
