Why My Boxing Boot Camps?
Im a boxer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry.  My boxing boot camps are highly specialised to maximise your results. You will learn how to box, whilst also improving your strength, endurance, power and mobility.

What to expect from the sessions?
Firstly you can expect to work hard.  During the workouts I will be pushing you to achieve more than you thought possible.  My sessions are not 'box fit' or 'cardio combat'.  You will learn how to box like a pro.  You will be tough both offense and defense through pad work and boxing drills.

Are the sessions for everyone?
Absolutely!  I work with clients who are new to exercise and have never boxed before, but also athletes who are preparing to compete in varieties of sports. 

What's included?
  • At the start of your journey you will complete a body composition analysis.  You will also take part in a basic fitness assessment.  From these results I will be able to set achievable and time measured goals for you.  
  • Every 6 weeks we will review your body composition and your fitness levels.

What do I need to bring? ...

Boxing gloves / Hand wraps / water bottle / mouth guard (you wont be sparing but we do carryout offensive and defensive partner drills) / can-do-attitude!
