PRIOR TO CREATING AN INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM, I CONDUCT A COMPREHENSIVE INTERVIEW AND EVALUATION BASED ON AGE, PHYSICAL CONDITION, SKILL LEVEL AND OBJECTIVES. SESSIONS CAN BE ARRANGED TO ACCOMMODATE THE CLIENT’S SCHEDULE AND LOCATION, WE CAN TRAIN YOU AT YOUR HOME OR OUTDOORS.
